Polytextile is a textile manufacturing plant headquartered in Ghazir, Lebanon. Founded by Nicolas Abi Nasr, it has been a pioneer in tights innovation since 1967.
After 53 years of supplying the market with top end quality products, Polytextile wasn’t satisfied with all its impeccable reputation but it remained alert to all the opportunities where it can profit in evolving its quality of products and machine to the highest quality.
Nevertheless, and despite of the economical and COVID-19 crisis that hit Lebanon over the past 6 months, Polytextile didn’t stop its endeavor to accomplish the certification of ISO 9001:2015 to emphasize what they value the most; quality.
Throughout these harsh times, Polytextile continued with its projects, but with perseverance they allocated the needed financial resources and human resources to perceive the certification of ISO 9001:2015 with DQS.
Polytextile, with the help of DQS auditors and experts, was able to include the financial crisis, as well as the health and safety of its employees in the protocols and processes of the certified QMS ISO 9001:2015 during the process of achieving this certification.
While there is a misconception that the ISO 9001:2015, and other certification schemes are for no use during emergencies and/or crisis Polytextile was able to prove otherwise with DQS expertise and used the certification to its advantage during these times.
DQS is proud to add the name of such a reputable and highly established organization to its portfolio, and hope for further development and success for Polytextile.
